The staff was very hospitable, superfriendly.

The standard king room was neat and newly decorated, with an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment and multi-channel TV.

The staff was accommodating and hospitable - we would stay here again. Spent our time lovely in this good old and stylish hotel. Venue's location was excellent, in a beautiful area. Moreover, it's very close to Close to both glencoe as well as the Highlands.

The whiskey baths were a fun way to unwind.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the delicious food options and the cozy common areas that were perfect for relaxation. The check-out experience was a bit unsettling due to a misunderstanding about the time, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be improved for a more restful night. Suitable for a relaxing getaway but be prepared for some quirks.

I loved staying here for a weekend stroll through the Southern Highlands, where the nearby Colin Burt Reserve is just under 3 km away, offering lush scenery, while iconic mountains like Sgiath Chuil are also in easy reach. The staff were so friendly and my room was beautifully decorated and ultra comfortable.

The soundproofing between rooms could be significantly improved!!! More attention to bathroom cleanliness would enhance guests' comfort and satisfaction!!! The outdoor space could benefit from a garden that doesn't overlook parked cars!!! Consider offering more activities for longer stays!!!

Really good breakfast and unique charm

The breakfast featured fine coffee and a good selection of fresh pastries. The lodge's inviting decor and rustic charm provided a cozy atmosphere, improved with the lovely views of the surrounding hills. I appreciated the owners' personal touches and local recommendations. The lack of WiFi might not suit everyone looking to stay connected.

Charming stay with great vibes!

We spent a night here, and it was super cozy. Love the character of the place, though our room felt a bit modern compared to the vintage decor. The breakfast was awesome, especially the coffee, and the staff was really nice. Just wished it was a little quieter since you can hear everything from other rooms.

We had a lovely visit to the picturesque Falls of Dochart, just a short drive from the lodge. The location is great for exploring Loch Lomond and its beautiful surroundings.

My wife says that the dining options were limited and could use improvement, especially for families with children.

The Superior Queen Room was super cozy with a walk-in shower and amazing heating. We loved the spacious seating area and the nice tv. Breakfast was great with strong coffee. Pauline and Robbie were fantastic hosts. Plus, the peaceful area were perfect for unwinding.

Great location and clean room with comfy amenities, but no food options for dinner.
